Services offered
TechAtelier provides automated technical analysis tools, personal space and, for approved testers, WireGuard VPN access. These services are experimental and can evolve.
Account
The user provides accurate information, protects his identifiers and promptly reports any compromises. He remains responsible for actions taken from his account untilunauthorised access is reported.
Authorized use
It is prohibited to use TechAtelier or the VPN to fraudulently access a system, bypass a security, conduct an attack, broadcast spam or malicious software, infringe the rights of a third party, intentionally overload the infrastructure or engage in illegal activity.
The submitted files must be user owned or analyzed with the necessary permission. No active secret should be sent in an analysis tool.
VPN Profile
Each configuration is personal. QR code and file .conf contain a secret: they must never be published, sold or shared without permission. A device loss or disclosure must be reported immediately to allow revocation.
The VPN does not grant any additional rights to third party content or services. The user remains responsible for respecting the law and the conditions of the services to which he accesses.
Results of analyses
Results may include false positives or omit a problem. They are a diagnostic aid, not a certification, a guarantee of compliance or a replacement of a human audit adapted to the context.
Availability and suspension
The beta may be modified, suspended or interrupted for maintenance, security, capacity or project development. No guaranteed level of availability is associated with free service. A VPN account or access can be suspended in case of risk, abuse, prolonged inactivity or beta termination.
Liability
Within the limits permitted by law, TechAtelier does not respond to decisions made solely on the basis of an automated result, misuse, loss of a VPN profile or temporary unavailability. This clause does not limit responsibilities that cannot be legally excluded.
Personal data
Treatments are described in privacy policy.
Evolution and applicable law
Conditions can change with features. The version published on this page is applicable. They are governed by French law without depriving a consumer of the mandatory protections it enjoys.
